While St. Thomas does not have a school itself, we support local Catholic education through fundraiser support, celebrating Catholic Schools Week, and posting highlights of school happenings and events.

Amarillo Catholic Parochial schooling is available for children:
- St. Joseph's School - Kindergarten through 5th grade
- St. Mary's Cathedral School - Preschool Montessori through 5th grade
- Holy Cross Catholic Academy - Middle School and High School
