Scout Sunday

Scouting America designates the Sunday that falls before February 8 (Scouting Anniversary Day) as Scout Sunday, which is the primary date to recognize the contributions of young people and adults to Scouting and to formally thank the chartering organization for their support throughout the year. Troop 87 will participate in Scout Sunday on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church at the 9:00 AM Mass. All scouts and cub scouts that attend St. Thomas are invited to sit with Troop 87. Arrive at St. Thomas by 8:45 AM. Scouts and leaders are asked to wear their Class A uniform with sash (no caps in church please).
